Werner Access Products UK Holdings, Ltd completes the acquisition of Youngman Group Ltd

London, UK - Werner Access Products UK Holdings, Ltd. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Youngman Group Ltd. following receipt of clearance from the Competition and Markets Authority of the UK. Youngman Group, based in Maldon, Essex, is one of the world’s leading suppliers of access equipment.
“This acquisition continues Werner’s growth in the world-wide ladder and access products market” said William T. Allen, Chairman. “The Youngman and BoSS brands are well recognized tower and trade access product brands in the United Kingdom. The merger of Youngman and Werner UK will allow us to leverage our operations, product development, sales and marketing networks to strengthen Werner’s position in the construction and trade channels. This strategic acquisition will also form a strong platform for our continued expansion into the European and Middle Eastern markets.”
