Werner strengthens gardening and horticultural offering with launch of Adjustable Tripod Ladders
Nov 10, 2025
Leading ladder and access solutions specialist Werner has unveiled a brand-new range of Adjustable Tripod Ladders, significantly enhancing its offering for professionals working in gardening, horticulture and farming.
The new range is available in four different sizes – spanning 5, 7, 9 and 11-double rung treads – making it suitable for a host of applications, from pruning and trimming right through to window and gutter cleaning.
Indeed, versatility is baked into the range with each ladder coming with all three of its legs height adjustable as standard, meaning it can be safely used on uneven surfaces, ramps or steps – dramatically increasing the types of jobs in which the ladder can be safely deployed.
Further safety assurance is delivered via the non-slip, extra-wide standing step with handrail featured in each of the Tripod ladders within the range, promoting greater safe working at height for outdoor professionals.
Manufactured in lightweight aluminium, Werner’s Tripod Ladders are durable yet lightweight, meaning they can be easily transported from job-to-job, while the corrosion-resistance of the range means they can be used outside in confidence, whatever the weather.
Mark Robson, Product Manager at Werner, said: “The launch of our brand-new Adjustable Tripod Ladder range is an exciting step-forward for Werner, marking our first significant foray into the gardening, horticultural and agricultural space.
“The ladders in this range have been designed with outdoor professionals needs front-of-mind, providing them with a safety optimised, yet convenient, working-at-height solution.
“With maximum working heights for the range spanning from 3.17m to 4.85m, our Tripod Ladders can be used safely in all manner of applications, enabling users access to a truly versatile range of working-at-height solutions.
“Promoting the highest standards of safety is a core value of Werner’s, so alongside the range of safety-added features within the range, it has also been tested to parts of EN131. Although not officially required for Tripods, we believe testing to this standard for this range helps us provide our customers with ultimate peace of mind as to the safety credentials of our Tripod ladders, which, when coupled with the 10-year guarantee as standard, makes this range one users can rely on time and time again.”
