R422 Folding Arched Ramps are designed for both high and low clearance vehicles. Lock down straps secure ramps to the vehicle, and ramps easily hook together for small wheelbases. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent ramps I've had these for a bit over 7 years and used them 3X for my motorcycle. I've loaned them out for a friend to transport his mower for service. No issues what so ever. They do exactly what they're intended to. If I recall, I purchased them from the 'blue' big box hardware type store for around $100. Good purchase, even if they mostly live hanging on my garage wall. Heck of a lot cheaper than a trailer, and piece of mind knowing I can grab them from my garage and have my bike or mower loaded in the back of the truck in a few short minutes if ever the need arises.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I've had these a year and used them maybe 10 times to load my atv. I noticed a rung was loose, and upon further inspection every weld on both ramps is cracked. Don't waste your money on these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont waste your money Got this about a year ago to unload and load my small riding mower, there are about 3-4 welds that are broken on each ramp, now the person to fix the welds wants more than I paid for the ramp, not good at all

What is the difference between the R422 and the R522 ramps?

Both the R422 and R522 are the folding arched ramp design rated for 1500 pound load capacity per pair evenly distributed. The R522 has wider treads, thus having fewer treads along the length of the ramp.

why did 10 of the welds break o n my 301 ramps l never over load them

The R522 folding arched ramps are the longest ramps offered. These ramps are 8 feet long when extended.

Different types of ladders are designed to keep you safe and productive when climbing or standing. Using the wrong style of ladder or simply ignoring the limitations of climbing equipment can result in a fall or serious injury.
Height is referring to the actual ladder height. Extension ladders should be 7 to 10 feet longer than the highest support or contact point, which may be the wall or roof line. The highest standing level is four rungs down from the top. The highest permitted standing level on a stepladder is two steps down from the top.

Reach height is the maximum reach assuming a 5’6” person with a vertical 12” reach.
Ladders are designed to safely hold up to a specific amount of weight. The Werner Performance System defines five different capacities using a color and star rating system. The Duty Rating is defined as the maximum safe load capacity of the ladder. A person’s fully clothed weight plus the weight of any tools and materials that are carried onto the ladder must be less than the load capacity.

Werner offers ladder made from fiberglass and aluminum. Each material has characteristics which make it best for certain applications, or one material may simply fit the personal preferences of the user. For example, if working around electricity users should select fiberglass products due to their non-conductive side rails.
